## Finding

The dossier retains a legible 1500 by 2167 original book-page PNG and a smaller 667 by 1000 2021 public repost. The remaining Page 23 problem is not a missing high-resolution scan: the signed forward edition selects the row-9 derivation used to reproduce the matrix. What remains absent is an author-selected language or downstream operation on that signed 154-letter matrix.
