# FLOOD instructions: later visual repost audit

## Status

This is **not** a recovery of the original `instructions.pdf`. It is a
readable PNG repost published on 4 March 2024 by a third-party forum user who
wrote that they were reposting material found years earlier. It preserves the
visible content of the campaign instructions but not the original file bytes
or cryptographic provenance.

## Visible instructions

The image is titled **“What to do on 1 June 2017?”** and says **“We upload our main documents after our countdown!”**.
It gives three distribution paths:

1. Print the documents and mail them to newspapers, TV news channels, radio channels and important institutions.
2. Print the Manifesto of humanity, hang it in main places, photograph the post and share it on social networks.
3. Share all documents with family, friends and communities through email and social networks.

It closes with **“Try to share in all three ways!”**.

## Evidence boundary

Established: A readable later image preserves the campaign instructions' visible operational content.

Not established: The original instructions.pdf bytes, its original Dropbox object, PDF metadata, signature status, and complete provenance are still unrecovered.

## Archived-folder check

On 2026-07-27, the documented status-200 CDX query for
the historical Dropbox folder returned exactly `[]`; its saved response is
`solution/flood/dropbox-folder-cdx-2026-07-27.json` with SHA-256
`37517e5f3dc66819f61f5a7bb8ace1921282415f10551d2defa5c3eb0985b570`. An empty CDX response does not prove that no copy exists elsewhere or that Wayback never held inaccessible captures.
